Bravery Is Key

Think of a time when people have been brave.Bet it’s nothing close to what has happend in history. There are thousands of men and woman in the army risking their lives every day because their brave.  Just think if people  didn’t have bravery in the world the world wouldn’t be free to do whatever we want no more baseball no more fishing nothing just like Malala.Malala has tons of bravery she took the interviews because everyone else was scared to. Even though she has heard stories of the Taliban killing people because they weren’t wearing what they told them to.Malala said “how could my mother bye food for the family if the market is a war zone? How could children play a game of cricket if a bomb could go off under their feet”.

If you think your life is miserable think again. Now just think about it if our  men and woman in the army weren’t brave, we would be living like Malala scared to go outside or having to look over our shoulder every second for someone trying to kill us. There has been a lot of bravery in the world. For example, the act of the underground railroad, the Resistance helping the jews escape and not going to the concentration camp.

Bravery is a big thing not everyone has it, but the people that make our country free,or people like Malala stand up for what they believe in have it. In the future if your in a tough situation think of Malala or someone who is brave and dont be scared show the brave in you.We all have bravery in us just show it when you need to.Here is a quote “When your scared but still do it that’s brave”. So remember what bravery really means.

The best gift

The best gift that I gave this past Christmas was I played with homeless people.  It was Christmas time and they weren’t going to get any presents, so we bought some stuff for them and we played with them.  It was the greatest reaction I have ever seen. They all were smiling and some were crying because they were so happy.   It made me feel   good to know that I gave the less fortunate what they wanted.  If I could, I would go back and do it again.

That a girl

I’m here to tell you a story about Jackie Mitchell a girl that played baseball with the great legends Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig.A lot of people would be scared to play with them and even pitch against them but not jackie.Hazle and timmy made a bet timmy thought jackie would look like a fool but not hazle. She sent hazle a lesson that day. She learned that even though she is a girl she can still play ball with the boys. The day of the game jackie started pitcher and struck out the first three batters Babe Ruth Lou Gehrig and Tony Lazzeri. thats pretty good. That takes confidence a she had a lot to go walk out there in front of all those people. The next day Hazle heard noise next door and went to see what it was and it was timmy and some of his friends playing baseball she said can i play and timmy said after what i saw yesterday yes you can.THE END
